Each branch of Fraser has a team of Field Service Engineers that work tirelessly to make sure all of our client print fleets are up and running at optimum capacity. Each branch selects a technician to receive two of our coveted service awards. The first of these is the Team Player Award. This award is given to the technician who is always there to lend a helping hand and assist a teammate. Team Players are what make our service team great, and their value cannot be matched. Our second Service Team Award is the Go the Extra Mile Award. This award is given to the technician who is always willing to take on a little extra to get a job done. This includes handling an emergency service call at short notice, delivering toner to a client between service calls or taking a last-minute service call at the end of the day to keep a client running. Fraser Field Service Engineers have a set of stringent benchmarks that are used to measure their success in the field. From the number of calls handled in a day, their first call fix rate and more, Field Service Engineers have a clear set of goals to strive for. Our final Service Award is given to the one team that achieves the highest level of service across the entire organization based on our industry benchmarks. This team earns the Service Team of the Year Award and is the goal of all of our Service Managers.
